Yes, exactly the same. Tenor banjo, mandolin and octave mandola are all tuned GDAE, so one piece of tab serves all three. The instruments sound different octaves, but your fingers do the same thing.
Four lines are the four strings, high E on top and low G at the bottom, which is how every published Irish tab book draws it. A number is the fret to press on that string, and 0 means play it open. The standard notation above the tab carries the rhythm.
